Flavex Protein Wrap™ (Patents Pending): This is a new method for “encapsulating” meat, poultry and fish to reduce drip-loss, color deterioration, fat oxidation and freezer-burn in case-ready-meat products. The technology seals food products with Flavex™ Colloid Proteins. The clear protein film reduces drip-loss by 3 to 5 percent of net package weight, extends shelf-life, and improves the visual appearance of store tray packs.
